The pool deck is a lovingly curated space and likely where you'll spend most of your time. Breakfast and dinner are both served under the expansive thatch roof where you'll dine overlooking the sea.
Lay down under the shade of the lobster-pot stick pergolas, pull up a floor cushion in the sun and nap by the pool, or let the sea breeze gently swing you in the hammock. Framed by the lush greens of the garden and the sounds of the sea, it's the perfect place to unwind.

A quiet stretch of beach is only a few steps away, down a path that leads you to the private deck - the perfect place for watching the sunset. Billy’s bay is tranquil and secluded, mostly frequented by the local fishermen who cast off early morning and return at sunset.
Being protected by a shelf of reef means that there are large sections of the sea that you can swim in, the staff can advise you of where is safe, including a naturally formed lagoon at the foot of the steps.

Sunrise and Sunset - these rooms are located on the ocean side of the house and lead out onto the deck. Enjoy your coffee in bed with a panoramic sea view. Both of the rooms have king sized beds, and en suite bathrooms with showers.
Hill View - this room is on the front of the house and has stunning views of the hills behind and the beautiful garden. This is our en-suite family room and it has a queen sized, single and futon bed.
Garden rooms - These two rooms are smaller but thoughtfully decorated and are great for children or single travellers amongst a larger group. One double room, and one single. Though neither have their own bathroom, there is another full bathroom off of the kitchen which is intended to be used by the guests staying in these rooms.
Each room is uniquely designed with pops of colour, hand mosaic details and locally collected art.

Each room is located off of the large and colourful living room. Housing a breezy central sofa space ideal for escaping the heat of the outside, this part of the villa certainly isn’t overlooked. The space is filled with eye-catching, compelling design, which draws from the vibrant Jamaican environment of which it is a part of.

The garden is maintained by our wonderful and diligent groundskeeper, Taeshin. He carefully navigates the perfect balance between preserving and enhancing the natural coastal landscape.

As a result, the grounds are a mesmerising space to explore, abundant with indigenous flora and fauna, as well as wildlife such as hummingbirds, hermit crabs and endemic Jamaican butterflies. Not to mention the two different mango trees, the fruit of which will be served with your breakfast if you visit in season.
