*Hurricane Melissa - Update*
We were fortunate in that Villa La Sirena sustained very limited damage during the recent passage of Melissa.
The villa itself took only minor damage and will shortly be fully restored to its pre-storm condition.
Our pool, pool deck and gazebo survived fully intact.
Sadly, our small beachfront viewing deck did not survive the storm surge and guests are asked to bear in mind that photos and videos showing the deck should be viewed with this in mind. We plan to build a replacement viewing deck a little further back on the coral bluff at the beachside end of the garden. This we hope will be complete by January 2026.
A lot of the sand has been stripped away from the beach area immediately in front of our property but the stretches of beach east and west of La Sirena remain sandy and vegetation is quickly returning.
Many local restaurants and amenities are already reopened for business including: Captain Dennis Beach Cookout, Jack Sprat Pizza and Seafood, Lashings Beach Club and Dawn’s Smurf Cafe. The community values your continued support as they work to welcome guests to our restored Treasure Beach destination.

La Sirena Villa is located on the south coast of Jamaica in Treasure Beach. The nearest airport is Montego Bay which is 2.5 hours away by road, with the next closest being Kingston airport at just over 3 hours.

Please enquire about airport transfers as we are affiliated with local businesses who can provide this service. Alternatively, you can rent a car and drive from the airport, which will also give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace.

On average there are 32 direct flights from the UK to Jamaica each week, with flights from London, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow - making the UK very well connected to this Jamaica. You can also fly direct from major European cities such as Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Milan, Zurich, Copenhagen and more.

If you're feeling especially adventurous, you can transfer from Montego Bay to Treasure beach by small plane, giving you unrivalled views of the island.
