EGGS & PLANTAIN
Perfectly fried eggs served with traditional fried plantain. Served with toast and guava jam.
OMELETTE
A perfectly cooked, light and fluffy omelette, stuffed with callaloo and cheese.
BACON & PANCAKES
Fluffy pancakes served with pearl milling syrup and crispy bacon.
FRENCH TOAST
Cinnamon french toast, covered with powdered sugar, served with syrup and crispy bacon.
SCRAMBLED EGGS
Scrambled eggs served with fried plantain, homemade johnny cakes and guava jam.
TROPICAL FRUIT
Fresh, seasonal fruit is served daily alongside breakfast. If you're lucky enough to be here during mango season, you'll be served fresh mango's from the two trees in our garden.

COFFEE
The best way to start your day is always with a good cup of coffee, ideally Jamaican coffee. That’s why Monica and Beyonce always make sure there’s a fresh pot of coffee ready for you, made from locally grown coffee beans. When fresh are available, Monica even roasts the beans herself.

FRIED CHICKEN
Monica is famous for her fried chicken, we personally think it's up there with the best in the world. Served with rice and peas, callaloo and a homemade sweet gravy.
SECRET SAUCE LOBSTER
Perfectly cooked lobster in Monica's secret sauce, the only thing she'll disclose is that it has red wine in. It comes served with chocho and homemade bammy.
BBQ PORK
This BBQ pork is always cooked to perfection and it just it falls of the bone. Served with a jerk sauce, the creamiest mashed potatoes you've ever eaten and seasonal vegetables.
BBQ FISH
This delicious dish is a fillet fish, stuffed with callaloo and served alongside rice and a delicious, tangy BBQ sauce.
COCONUT CURRY FISH
Freshly caught red snapper, cooked whole in a light and creamy coconut curry sauce, served with bammy or other classic Jamaican side dishes such as Festival.
JERK CHICKEN
Jerk chicken made the traditional Jamaican way, marinated overnight and thrown onto our own drum smoker. Served with a peppery jerk sauce, this dish always lives up to expectations.

& BEYONCE
Our private chefs Monica and Beyoncé are a powerful mother and daughter in law combination in the kitchen. Cooking up a wide variety of impeccable local dishes that show off the vibrant and flavourful traditional Jamaican cuisine.
The villa is located in the small beach town of Billy’s Bay, a 5 minute drive from the larger beach town of Treasure Beach. While both of these towns are well stocked with mini-marts, bars, restaurants, Boutique shops etc - there isn’t a big supermarket until Black River which is another 45 minutes away.
This is why having in house chefs makes a real difference to your stay here. You can provide them with a grocery list and advise them of your likes and dislikes before your stay so that when you arrive, you can truly relax into your holiday. All you do is reimburse them for your grocery list at the end of the trip (and thank them for introducing you to the most delicious food you’ve ever eaten!)
